Charlottetown Police say they charged three impaired drivers on the weekend. One was arrested early Monday after Police came across a single vehicle collision about 2:00am. Charlottetown Police say the vehicle had struck a light standard on a median on University Avenue. The driver was not injured but showed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested. A 40 year old Charlottetown man was charged with impaired after providing breath samples that were almost twice the legal limit.
