The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has approved decreases in gasoline, furnace oil and diesel prices. The price of regular gasoline decreased overnight by 5-10ths of a cent per litre. The price of furnace oil went down by 3.5 cents per litre, while the price of diesel dropped by 1.0 cent per litre. Including taxes, pump prices for regular self-serve gasoline now range from 163.2 to 164.3 cents per litre. Diesel costs between 180.7 and 181.8 cents per litre. The maximum price for furnace oil is 122.3 cents per litre.
