Three Rivers Town Council meets virtually in face of threats

Three Rivers Council held its meeting virtually on Tuesday night.  The Town announced in a social media post on Tuesday that the decision to hold the meeting virtually was made because of aggressive social media comments and the threat of violence using weapons.  Officials say the decision was made to ensure the safety of both staff and council.  Kings District RCMP are investigating the threats.
