Poor weather conditions see lower voter turnout for by-election Advance Poll

The poor weather and road conditions on Monday may have had an impact on voter turnout for the second Advance Poll of the District 19 Borden-Kinkora By-Election.  152 electors cast their ballots during Monday’s Advance Poll, which is down from the 446 that voted during Saturday’s first Advance Poll.  After two days of Advance Voting, 14-percent of the more than 42-hundred eligible registered electors have cast their ballot.  There is still one more day for Advance Voting, which is this Friday from 9am – 7pm.
