West Prince RCMP investigating discovery of human remains

The RCMP in West Prince is investigating after human remains were located in West Cape.  The discovery was made on Saturday and RCMP responded to the call at about 4:00pm.  The Provincial Coroner’s office responded to the scene as well.   Human remains have been located in this area in the past. Police are considering the possibility that the remains could be connected to an historical ship wreck burial.
