Province marks Family Literacy Day with increased funding to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program in PEI

Today is Family Literacy Day, and to mark the occasion Premier Dennis King has announced that his government will increase funding to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program in PEI.   Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that sees children under the age of five, who are registered with the program, receive a high-quality book in the mail each month, free of charge.
