Charlottetown Police Services advised Thursday night that there has been a significant development into the unsolved homicide of Byron Carr, which occurred in November of 1988. Police say they are unable to provide any further details at this time; however, Chief Brad MacConnell will hold a press conference Friday at 1:00 pm to share further details.
