The Province is inviting residents to share their opinion on changes to provincial laws in PEI.
The Department of Justice and Public Safety continues to regularly modernize provincial legislation and consultation documents for three pieces of legislation are now posted online. They include the Fire Safety Act; An Act to Amend the Credit Unions Act; and An Act to Amend the Jury Act.
Islanders are being encouraged to review the documents on the government webpage and submit their input to help guide the change. Comments can be submitted online to justicepolicy@gov.pe.ca until February 15th.
