Charlottetown Short-Term Rental Licences are Due

The City of Charlottetown’s Short-Term Rental Licencing Bylaw came into effect this week.  All Short Term Rental owners/operator hosts in Charlottetown must register their property with the City annually.Operators can register at: planning@charlottetown.ca along with an application fee of $175;.  Those owners and operator hosts with a current provincial Tourism Establishment License don’t require a license from the City until the provincial license expires March 31, 2024.
