A 69-year old Kensington man is to be sentenced next February after pleading guilty Tuesday in Supreme Court to possession of child pornography and making child pornography. He was arrested and charged in July of 2022 after Kensington Police and the RCMP executed a search warrant at a home in Kensington and seized several electronic devices. The search came after the RCMP in Ottawa and local police were alerted in July of 2021 by the US National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that concerning images were uploaded to Dropbox, a US based online file hosting service.
