Native Council of PEI leads search in Mount Stewart for missing woman

A strong turnout of volunteers Tuesday for a ground search of the Mount Stewart/Pisquid area.  The search was organized by The Native Council of PEI in the effort to locate 27-year old Summer Kneebone, who was last seen in Charlottetown on August 7th.  The latest update from Charlottetown Police indicates that she was a passenger in a vehicle that appears to have been a dark-coloured 2016 Acura MDX.  The Native Council of PEI says it has been in communication with Charlottetown City Police on her disappearance, and to aid in search efforts, the Native Council conducted the ground search yesterday.
