The Native Council of PEI is leading a ground search Tuesday in an effort to locate a woman who has been missing since early August. 27-year old Summer Dawn Kneebone was last seen in Charlottetown on August 7th, with the latest update from Charlottetown Police indicating that she was a passenger in a vehicle that appears to have been a dark-coloured 2016 Acura MDX. The Native Council of PEI says it has been in communication with Charlottetown City Police on her disappearance, and to aid in search efforts, the Native Council says it is conducting a ground search in the Mount Stewart/Pisquid area on Tuesday.
