The P-E-I government is projecting the Island’s population will grow to 200-thousand in 2030 – a milestone that would be four years ahead of the figure estimated a year ago.
The province saw record growth last year, up more than seven-thousand people.
The government is forecasting growth will continue at between three-thousand and four-thousand people a year into the future.
