Human remains found at West Point Beach positively identified

Human remains that were found near West Point Beach in PEI, have now been positively identified as a missing 68-year-old man from Quebec.  On the afternoon of March 21st, West Prince RCMP responded to a report that human remains had been found by a person who had been walking on the beach by West Point.  Police say that on Thursday, those remains were positively identified as a 68-year-old man from Quebec, who had gone missing in the waters off the area of Cap-des-Rosiers in Quebec., on December 30th last year
