There were 98 new cases of COVID-19 in PEI during the week of April 2-8. That is down from 146 the previous week. The average number of tests conducted per day for the week was 86, with 16.7 percent of those tests coming back positive. There are 6 people in hospital with COVID-19, including one patient being treated in ICU.
