PEI schools are preparing for back to class next week. Students from kindergarten to grade 12 have been learning from home for the last month and have not been back in class since before Christmas.
Schools were busy handing out COVID-19 test kits and masks to parents and guardians on Friday for use by students prior to going back to class.
Most schools had a drive-thru where the kits could be picked up. There were also many parents who walked into the school.
