A milestone for Summerside Deputy Police Chief Sinclair Walker, who has been honoured for his 40 years of service. He was presented with a 40 year service certificate from Summerside Mayor Basil Stewart, PEI Attorney General Bloyce Thompson and Councillor Barb Ramsay on Friday.
