An incident late Wednesday afternoon resulted in charges for a driver, including Flight From Police.
While patrolling in Johnsons River, an RCMP officer spotted a vehicle that was missing its license plate. When the officer activated their emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop, police say the driver fled down a dead-end cottage lane.
The 19-year-old driver was arrested for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from police, and driving while prohibited and the vehicle was impounded for six months.
