PEI RCMP stopped three impaired drivers over the weekend, including one who provided breath samples which were 3.75 times the legal limit. That was a 48-year old driver who was stopped by RCMP at about noon on Saturday in Stratford thanks to a tip from the public. The other two incidents included a vehicle check in Borden-Carleton in which a 20-year old driver was found to be impaired by drugs; and a 30-year old woman arrested after officers responded to a report of a vehicle parked in the middle of Route 2 in West Devon at about 4:00am Saturday.
