Stolen motorcycle leads to foot pursuit and arrests

PEI RCMP say that a stolen motorcycle resulted in a foot pursuit and two arrests.  Last Friday night, Prince District RCMP responded to a report of two people with a stolen motorcycle on the Confederation Trail in Borden-Carleton. Police arrived on scene and arrested a woman, and then later a man who had fled the scene.   The RCMP says he was wanted in Charlottetown, Summerside, and East Prince for multiple counts of possession of stolen property and failure to appear in court.  A 28-year old man has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and possession of break-in instruments.  The woman was released and is facing charges unrelated to Friday’s incident.
