With a goal of building upon PEI’s already exceptional reputation for hospitality, the Tourism Industry Association of PEI has partnered with the Cronk Group consulting firm to develop a customer service excellence program. The initiative will see the creation of an online video version of the Association’s current in-person training program. They will also be establishing a certification process for businesses completing the training. It’s expected to launch at the Tourism Industry Association of PEI’s Annual General Meeting in early November.
