Late Tuesday morning, Charlottetown Police responded to a two vehicle collision on Allen Street and arrived to find that a pick-up truck had rear-ended a small sedan. There were no injuries, but Police say the pick-up truck had a young child in the rear seat and the driver was showing signs of being impaired by alcohol. A 60-year old Charlottetown woman was arrested and has been charged with impaired after providing breath samples that were over three times the legal limit.
