Ottawa announced investments for three PEI CBDC locations

The Federal Government has announced funding to support the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in rural and coastal areas of PEI.  Ottawa has announced investments totaling over $923-thousand for 2024/25 through the Community Futures Program for three Community Business Development Corporations in PEI.  The funding will enable the Community Business Development Corporations to offer essential financial assistance, specialized training, expert guidance, and customized local initiatives to the rural businesses, organizations, and communities they support.
