At 5:30pm Monday, PEI RCMP issued an advisory indicating that RCMP officers across the Island are seeing very poor conditions on most roads. Blowing and drifting snow is causing poor visibility, even white-outs in many areas.
Just after 4:00pm, the RCMP advised that Route 10 (North Carleton Rd. Extension) in Central Bedeque was closed between McKenna Rd. and Route 1A. Crews were working to pull a tractor trailer from a ditch. It was reopened at about 6:45pm
