There is a Special Weather Statement in effect for all of PEI as some more messy weather is on the way tonight. Snow, ice pellets, freezing rain, and strong winds are all expected from this evening to Monday morning. Environment Canada says we’ll see snow changing to ice pellets mixed with freezing rain near midnight then to freezing rain overnight. About 5 to 10 cm of snow and ice pellets is possible, with about 15cm of snow expected in Prince County, with winds gusting to 60km/h, and up to 80km/h in exposed areas overnight. Kings County could see winds gusting to 90km/h
