Ottawa and PEI announce over $16M for new housing in Cornwall

Ottawa and the Province have announced over $16-million to build 46 new homes in Cornwall. The investment is part of the federal government’s commitment through the Affordable Housing Fund, with which Ottawa has committed $10.34 billion to support The Martha Village, located on Warren Grove, will include a balance of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.  Of the 46 units, 19 will be slated as affordable for Islanders on the Province’s social housing registry.
