Fatal Collision Hazel Grove

A two vehicle collision on Route 2 in Hazel Grove yesterday morning resulted in the death of a Queens County man in his twenties. RCMP say it appears a car crossed the highway centre lane and collided with a small SUV coming in the opposite direction. The driver and lone occupant of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman in the other vehicle suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
