Shortly after 4:00pm on Friday, Charlottetown Fire Station #2 and the North Shore Fire Department responded to a house fire on MacCallum Road off the St Peter’s Highway in the Marshfield area. The house was fully engulfed in flames, but all residents were reported to have safely escaped. The RCMP did have to reduce road access to the area to allow fire crews to do their work.
There’s no word yet on the cause of the fire.
