Matt MacFarlane officially sworn in as District 19 Borden-Kinkora MLA

Matt MacFarlane is now officially a member of the PEI Legislature.  In the Legislative Chamber on Wednesday, MacFarlane was sworn in as the MLA for District 19 Borden-Kinkora after having won the by-election in early February for the Green Party.  The Greens now have 3 seats in the legislature, the same as the Opposition Liberals.
