Students with Holland College’s accounting technology program will once again be helping low income Islanders, students and seniors with their income tax returns through the Community Volunteer Income Tax program.The students have been working with CRA in the program for over 40 years. The service is offered free of charge for those eligible and runs through March and April.
An individual with income of less than $35,000, or a two person family with less than $45,000 (plus $2,500 for each additional person in the family)
can get their return done free of charge through the program at tax clinics across the province.
