Voters in District 19 Borden-Kinkora should be aware that because of the weather and road conditions, and with the safety of election workers and voters in mind, Elections PEI may be forced to postpone the District 19 by-election voting set for Monday until Tuesday. Elections PEI will provide an update at 7am Monday. The polls are scheduled to open at 9:00am on Monday and close at 7:00pm, but these strong winds and the resulting blowing snow is to continue well into Monday.
