No serious injuries after collision in St. Andrews

No serious injuries are reported after a collision on the St Peters Highway in the St Andrews area Thursday morning.  The RCMP says a vehicle collided with some livestock shortly before 7:00am. Two people in the vehicle were taken to hospital as a precaution, but police say their injuries were minor. The East River Fire Department responded, and Police reduced that stretch of highway to one lane of traffic to allow crews to attend to the scene.  It was re-opened shortly after 8:30am.
