The second of three Advance Polling Days in the District 19 Borden-Kinkora by-election is today. Voters can cast ballots at the Bedeque United Church from 9am to 7pm. The third and final Advance Poll is Friday with those same hours of 9am to 7pm, and thre same location. Elections PEI reported voter turnout of 10.55-percent for Saturday’s first Advance Poll with 446 eligible voters casting their ballots. There are 4,228 eligible voters for the by-election, with the Ordinary Polling Day set for one week from today – Monday, February 5th. Voters in the district who aren’t sure of where they can vote on By-Election Day, can check the Voter Information Card they received in the mail, or the Elections PEI website www.electionspei.ca
