Two youths charged with first degree murder remain in custody

Two youths charged with the murder of a 17-year-old on PEI remain in custody.  Both are facing a first-degree murder charge.  One of the youths has been denied bail and the other consented to remain in custody.  Their identities are protected from publication under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Both are due back in court on February 22.
