Danny Kelly wins Morell mayoral byelection

Danny Kelly is the new Mayor-Elect of Morell.  Voters in Morell went to the polls yesterday in a mayoral by-election.  After the votes were tallied, the community announced that Danny Kelly was the winner over the only other candidate, Corrine Hendricken-Eldershaw.
