Special Weather Statement for PEI for potential significant storm on Wednesday

There are no watches or warnings as yet, but there has been a Special Weather Statement issued for all of PEI indicating that we could see a potentially significant storm on Wednesday in PEI.   It’s still a little too early for snow or rain  totals and pinpointed wind speeds, Environment Canada says strong winds, heavy rain, and snow will accompany this system. Strong winds and snow will begin on Wednesday morning, before snow transitions to rain across the province by Wednesday afternoon.
