At approximately 11:40 am Friday, detectives from Charlottetown Police located human remains in a remote area of Kings County. The remains are believed to be those of 27-year old Summer Kneebone, who went missing on August 7th from Charlottetown. Police say the remains were found outdoors on a rural property, and police have declared the area a crime scene. Early Thursday afternoon, Charlottetown Police arrested two people from Pembroke in connection with the case for indecently interfering with human remains. Police say they plan to give a further update later in the day on Friday.
