Kensington Police arrest driver shown to be twice the legal limit

Kensington Police arrested a driver Tuesday morning after they failed a roadside screening device test.  It was the result of a traffic stop conducted by police at about 8:30 am.  Kensington Police say that the driver, a Kensington resident, later provided two breath samples that showed them to be more than double the legal limit.  Police also arrested the passenger of the vehicle for an unrelated matter.
