Charlottetown Police arrest Nova Scotia man for refusal to provide breath sample

A 59-year old Nova Scotia man has been charged with refusing to provide a breath sample upon demand and is facing a court date.  Just after 2:00am on Saturday, Charlottetown Police spotted a vehicle being driven erratically on Kent Street and conducted a traffic stop.  Police determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol and placed him under arrest.  He was brought back to the Police Station where police say he refused to provide breath samples.
