It’s goose hunt season and RCMP have received several shots fired reports

RCMP say they have received several reports of shots fired across the province over the last few days.  The Mounties remind Islanders that the September Goose Hunt Season is in effect and goes from September 1st to September 15th.  Hunters are required to maintain a distance of at least 200 meters from any dwelling. RCMP stress that no reports of shots fired have been found to be connected to the Seacow Pond sword attack investigation.
