The Western Hospital emergency department will close early on Wednesday due to a lack of staffing.
The emergency department hours of operation on these days will be:
- Wednesday, August 23, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The emergency department will resume regular hours will resume Thursday, August 24 at 8 a.m.
Earlier it had been announced that the emergency department would close early on Thursday as well, but last minute changes with staff availability allowed for it to operate as normal on Thursday.
