Health PEI announced Saturday night that the Emergency Department at Western Hospital will be closed Sunday. The closure is because of a temporary lack of staffing. The Emergency Department will re-open Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.
Anyone with emergency medical needs should call 9-1-1.
