Charlottetown Police say charges are pending against the driver of a vehicle that struck and seriously injured a man in a wheelchair on St.Peters Road last Friday. The driver’s license is also being reviewed. Charges were not laid at the scene
The man in the wheelchair was airlifted to hospital in Halifax in critical condition.
The investigation continues.
