Impaired Driver Stopped Coming off Confederation Bridge

East Prince RCMP have charged a 30-year old driver for failing to provide a breath sample after the man was stopped  in Borden-Carleton just after 5.30 on Saturday evening.  That was after a driving complaint on the Confederation Bridge.  The driver refused a breath test for alcohol and was arrested.  He’ll be appearing in provincial court in Summerside on September 13th to answer to charges.
