The sky lit up in Victoria Park on Saturday night
It was a night for fireworks in many communities across the Island including Charlottetown as Islanders celebrated Canada Day and the 150th birthday of PEI entering Confederation. Thousands turned out for festivities in Victoria Park.
Other celebrations were held at Green Shore in Summerside, in North Rustico, and many other Island communities as Canada turned 156 years old.
