The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has approved an increase of 1.5 cents per litre in the price of gasoline. Including taxes, pump prices for regular self-serve gasoline now range from 162.7 to 163.9 cents per litre. The price of furnace oil increased by 7.0 cents per litre, while the price of diesel went up by 7.0 cents per litre. Prices for diesel now range from 162.2 to 163.3 cents per litre. The maximum price for furnace oil is 105.9 cents per litre.
