Missing hiker on Beck’s Trail in Kings County found safe after 4 hour search

A 51-year-old experienced hiker who went missing Tuesday on Beck’s Trail has been found safe and in good health after a lengthy search.  The Murray Harbour and Murray River Fire Departments, and Kings District RCMP searched for the hiker who  became disoriented while navigating Beck’s Trail because of debris left behind by post-tropical storm Fiona. An RCMP drone was also used in the search.  Searchers successfully located the hiker after a four-hour search and they were in good health and without any major injuries.
