As part of an ongoing investigation, the Prince District Joint Force Operations Unit arrested a Kelvin Grove man at his home last Thursday. At the time of the arrest, police seized hydromorphone, cocaine, replica firearms, and other drug paraphernalia. Police say the man was wanted on several outstanding warrants for property related and drug offenses across PEI, including in East Prince, Summerside, and Charlottetown. He is also facing charges for theft of a vehicle and gasoline in New Brunswick. With the latest arrest, the suspect is now facing charges of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking; Possession of Hydromorphone for the Purpose of Trafficking; and Breach Probation. He’s been remanded into custody with a court appearance set for next week.
