The province of PEI has announced eleven grant recipients to organizations working to help empower women and girls and create equal access to every opportunity which will be unbiased by gender.
Over $243-thousand is being invested through the Interministerial Women’s Secretariat. The grants include $25-thousand to Skills Canada PEI, over $27-thousand to the Women’s Network, $25-thousand to Film PEI, over $25-thousand to Actions Femmes for Francophone and Acadian Islanders and $30-thousand for STEAM PEI and the PEI Girls Get Math program.
