Health PEI is advising that the Emergency Department at Kings County Memorial Hospital will close early today due to a lack of staffing. The Emergency Department will close at 1 p.m. The Emergency Department will be open for regular hours Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Anyone with emergency medical needs should call 9-1-1
